employeee wise report

Hi all,

i have two account groups sold to and ship to

my cliant has asked me give employee wise sales report

can anybody suggest me on this issue

This is only possible if you enter ER-Employee responsible in sales document.

or else if the Employee responsible are creating the sales documents you can use created by field, after confirmation from client.

and by sales report you mean sales order report or sales register(Billing)?

if it sales order report you can use VA05 and get the information if it is Sales Register then you will have develop custom report

Yes take the help of HR guy and he will give the personnel Number of each employee.

This way will help u out.

Hi,

In CMR - Company Code Data - Account Management - a field named personnel Number is there. Use the field i.e enter the employee responsible personnel number and u draw report on it.
