Bex broadcaster web template problem

Hi experts,

Im facing a big issue right now and I think its time to request your help !

When I want to <b>broadcast a web template</b>, I choose the web template, click on create new setting button and then, nothing happen.

Ive got no error , no message, <b>only a blank page with the url of the was in the address bar.</b>

However, when I want to broadcast query or workbook, it works great !.

Any ideas ???
