N Step Badi Workflow

Hi,

We have recently upgraded from SRM 3.0 to SRM 5.0. Since then Our N Step BADI workflow for SC approval has stopped working correctly. The work items for the SC approval go to the correct person. But the approver in their inbox has to approve the SC twice before it disappers from the approvers inbox and the SC then goes to the next approver(if there is one) or then has the status approved.

Has anybody else encountered this issue before?While debugging the n step badi which gets called while the approver is approving from their inbox the input parameter GUID is blank. We use this field to determine the shopping cart in the badi. Should the GUID field not always be populated in the badi call?
