BPC 10 – Insert a New (Dynamic) Line in an input template

Hello Experts,

I’m trying to add a new line in an input template and I would like to ask you which you think is the best approach.

Pre-Conditions:

• a. After open the template must show only values with data (we need to hide zero and empty values)

Goal to achieve:

• b.Once open, the user can add a new line and enter a new value

Example:

Step1): The user open the input template and see which data was already load:

Step2): User realize that he/she needs to upload data for account BS003 so he/she needs to insert a new line (line#3 for this new account). Ideally, the user should be able to select Account (from the dimension) and time:

Step3): User upload the new amount in the new line:

First - incorrect tags, has to be:

EPM Add-In for Excel

Second:

You have to use standard "Insert Members" method:

Right click on some cell on the row axis and select EPM -> Insert Members

You have to specify members for all dimensions in the row axis (ENTITY, ACCOUNT, TIME).
