S4 HANA with HCM

Hi Gurus,

my client is on S/4 HANA and they want to implement HCM modules "Performance Management", "Travel Management", "Recruiting", "Training & Event Management" as far as i know these modules are replaced with Success factors, (Please correct me if iam wrong)

also is ess/mss available on S/4 HANA

should we recommend them SF or go ahead with these modules

Hello Cezane,

Since the ABAP based HCM functionality is no further developed by SAP, I would definitely recommend a customer to implement SuccessFactors instead, as this is the strategic SAP HCM solution.

If customer is not willing to go for SuccessFactors, are there any challenges implementing these modules on S4 HANA.

I had once seen an interesting strategy/design with ztables for OM/HCM, close to 10-15 z tables just to push data to HANA - ROFL!!!!
Must have taken days, weeks, to come-up with such a strategy for HANA.

Most of the PCL2, and related clustered tables will remain the same, after migration
