Campaigns created in Hybris Marketing Push ads to Facebook.

Hello Members,

We are trying to push created campaigns in Hybris marketing (On Premise) into Facebook for one of our client requirement and it is not happening.

After done with the necessary and required configurations in Hybris marketing and set up related to face book(developers.facebook.com) We are able to authenticate Facebook from Hybris Marketing. but unable to proceed further.

NOTE: Reference document is Integration Guide.

Please let me know if any inputs to proceed further.

Hi Sathya,

We are also in the same situation.

We also able to authenticate facebook and same time we are getting bad request error and in left side in the dropdown we are not getting facebook Ad account in the drop down??

Did u cross this stage please let me know??

Hi Satya,

We have resloved the problem so can u please check your facebook version and if it is v 2.10 so please activate the SAP Note 2515959
