hello ..

Reg Error: Component 0DAT (version A) does not exist in the database

As per the solution in the Note 828033, we need to first change as (our system from CUSTOMER to SAP to access the objects starting with 0) transport/systemtype = SAP

How do we do this?? Plzzz help me providing the navigation steps, as I am not able to create the 0DAT variable using SAP Exit with out the above setting..

Thanks & Regards,

Sapster.

Hello SAPSter,

open AWB by calling RSA1

Menu tools / SAP/Customer Objects / SAP Namesapace; acknowledge

Don't forget to set it back to the customer namespace!

hope this helps...

Hello Mr.Cora..

thanks very much again for ur support. I am able to switch to SAP now!

After Switching to SAP , calling RRMX> Option Change Query(Global Def)> Calender Day(Context menu) > New Variable> parameters filled as shown in th screen shot below:

http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1247/848428953_22912607e9_o.jpg

After filling I am getting a message as shown in the screen shot below:

http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1247/848429023_2dc13b5ff5_o.jpg

And I have tried all the options discussed in the following thread:

Note: When ever I am calling back RSA1/ calling BEx Applications through Start menu...I observed that the SAP instance is automatically switching back to CUSTOMER instance(despite manually switching it to SAP in the previous RSA1 Call)

Plzzz Help!! as I am not able to work with the queries properly.

Experts plzzz!!

Thanks & Regards,

Sapster.

Hi,

first close all instances of the query designer; switch your system to SAP namespace; open the QDesigner and try to recreate your variable.

A quick question prior doing that; why don't you install this variable from the business content?

hope this helps...

Hello Olivier,

I tried your suggestion. But still receive the same message.

yeah.. I tried to looking out for 0DAT/CALDAY variable in the Business Content but Coudnt find it (this is the first option I tried following the link I gave in my previous message).

(Unfortunately I have technical Content alone installed in my ECC 5.0 version.. tried to install the 3.53 Content but couldnt use my 000 clinet in any way to install through SAINT)

Is there any other option.... Plzzzzzzzzzzz Let me know..as this has become a major hurdle in my preparation,

Thanks in Advance,

Sapster.

Hi,

try then as it is explained in the other thread: maintain the entry directly in RSZGLOBV...
