BR-RESTORE problem

Dear expert,

we are facing a systax error problem in Prdouction server.

after enquiry we concluded tht BRRESTORE is adviced to restore.

the default unattended option is not preffered for PRD restoration:-

BRRESTORE can run unattended when option -c force is set.

How exactly that can be used, example of syntax ?

can you suggest any other best options for BRrestore ?

Will SAP start if i try to start sap after BR-restore ?

what is the importance of BR-recovery, is that mandatory to do ?
