GL Line Items in FICA

Hello,

We are trying to capture GL Line Items and observed two main tables DFKKOP & DFKKOPK. DFKKOP does not capture all GL accounts and we started using DFKKOPK to get all GL accounts.

How do we get the relation from DFKKOPK to Contract Account, Business Partner, Posting Date .

Hello Srinivas,

The three tables DFKKKO (header table), DFKKOP (line items) and DFKKOPK (GL posting items) can be used to determine the document details.

As per your question you are trying to map the FICA document using the GL details which is present in the table DFKKOPK. So in this case you can get the combination of GL and Recon key (FIKEY) from table DFKKOPK and pass them in the table DFKKKO to get the corresponding FICA documents.

Once the FICA documents are obtained pass these values in the table DFKKOP to get the exact details like posting date, etc.

Hi

DFKKOP captures Subledger (BP lines) & DFKKOPK - General ledger lines. If you are only looking for General Ledger lines, then you need to link Header table - DFKKKO through document number to get Posting information.

You cannot get that information with 100% certainty using those tables.
