How to Migrate Crystal report from One VPS to another VPS?

I have purchased one licence of Crystal report and currently its running on managed VPS, at the time of first time Installation I provided all things to server manager that given by SAP. Now I am going to migrate my VPS then what thing should I care about? can I use one licence on both VPS? Or I need to discontinue CR from 1st server? Or I directly start using CR on 2nd VPS as follow steps that I did for 1st Installation?
