SLD Check Failed (LCR_LIST_BUSINESS_SYSTEMS function doesn't work)

Hi all,

I have done SLDCHECK but then got this result below :

Already verify all the user working fine, please advise me.

RFC host:

Testing the RFC connection to the SLD java client...

RFC ping was successful

SLD server access settings:

host name: demokl

port number: 50100

user : SLDDSUSER

Use transaction SLDAPICUST if you wish to maintain the SLD server access data

Launching the SLD GUI in a separate browser window...

=> Verify in the browser GUI that the SLD is in a healthy running state!

Calling function LCR_LIST_BUSINESS_SYSTEMS

Retrieving data from the SLD server...

Function call returned exception code 4

=> Check whether the SLD is running!

Summary: Connection to SLD does not work

=> Check SLD function and configurations

I am not sure exactkly the main problem, because initially xi server using default client 001, after i have changed to another client base on SAP Note 940309. The SLD Connection back to normal.

Hi Srinivas,

I already cheched the rz70, the user is not PIAPPLUSER but SLDDSUSER.

is it because i am using PI 7.0 ?

check sldapicust - tX

it has to be PIAPPLUSER there

change it to PIAPPLUSER and it will work

hi

go to the sldapicust and check whether u given hostname ,portnumber,user(xiappluser) and password and also check the primkey if it fine then check ur rfc destination in sm59 as well as visula administrator ie.jco connections.it works.

Check the profile parameters you have maintained for SLD.

Check the SAP notes 768452 for trouble shooting this.
