Entering value in database

Hi Experts,

I have single screen having following six fields..

table1-field1

table1-field2

table1-field3,

table2-field1,

table2-field1,

table1-field3,

And have save button, When i user click on save. Data shud entered in table1 and table2 respectively.

Can anybody give me sample coding for above situation
