Sales Partner in VA05

Hello!!

I'm trying to filter in the VA05 by other Partner Functions different of Sold-to party, for example Bill-to Party, Buyer, Ship-to Party, Vendor, etc.

How could I customize that filter?

Further if you want SH and BP to appear in Partner function tabe then do it in customizing

SD->Sales>List>Set Updating Of Partner Index

Give the entries for SH and BP for Transaction group 0

Then when you do VA05 you can select SH and give SH Nr in Sold-to, just above the material (which is actually for partner)

I have my VA05 and my VA25 report by filter a new sales partner.

In addition that Jitesh tell me, in the Sales/List/Set Updating Of Item Index transaction you specifies the partner function of employees in your organization who are responsible for processing certain kinds of sales documents (quotations, for example).

Dear Itzel

Here the prerequisite is that you are entering ER-Employee responsible in sales documents in partners. if it is entered then it will give you list by Employee responsible for the sales documents.

Partner function of the person responsible for the transact.

Specifies the partner function of employees in your organization who are responsible for processing certain kinds of sales documents (quotations, for example).

Use

You can use this function to track the progress of sales documents according to the employees who are responsible for them. If you enter

A partner function here, and

A partner function and a personnel number in the document header during processing

the system automatically includes the personnel number in the relevant validity index. Later, when you want to monitor the progress of, for example, quotations, you can list all quotations for which a particular employee is responsible.

You can use the Customizing path 'Sales and Distribution -> Sales -> Lists -> Define selection criteria' (Tcode: to define 'Further selection criteria' for sales orders (Transaction VA05).
