Problems with activation of CRM_MKTELM hierarchy from CRM Marketing Planner

I am facing a problem between CRM 5.0 and BI7.0 in the Marketing Planner. When I create a marketing plan with elements in the marketing planner, it cannot update the hierarchy for InfoObject CRM_MKTELM in BI7. The error message:

Data in SAP BI could not be updated completely: see log

Message no. CGPL_BW_INTERFACE014

When opening the log it says that the hierachy does not exist. After this in BW there is now an A and M version of the hierarchy CRMMKTROOT, the M with the latest elements from CRM. (from here i can now activate the M one manually)

The action Activate BW Hierarchy in the Marketing Planner does not seem to work. We tried to run the activation program in CRM as well, without succes. We also checked the settings in SPRO in CRM, and looked at some notes as well.

Does anybody have a clue on this one?
