Significant Financial Component in SAP RAR

Hello experts

We have a below requirement for IFRS 15

A new contract for Service + Device 30 with a subsidized handset for 49 USD and 500 USD within a 24 months contract. There is no installation charges invoiced to 59 USD.

Discounted device price will apply interest

Original TP Transaction Price SSP Reallocated TP Service 720 720 494 Device 49 400 275

Need to calculated interest on allocated price 275 and reduce from contract asset value in SAP RAR

As there is no standard functionality in SAP, Please help me out is there any workaround solution

Hello Mallesh,

there are not standard procedure to calculate the interest but you can implement a rule in BRF+ and to add a new custom filed to calculate the value.
