Fiori Hybrid App iOS Simulator on Mac

I've installed all the stuff required to use the HAT connector on a Mac, but unfortunately there are several problems when trying to run a Hybrid App in the local iOS Simulator:

1. App crashes in simulator with error: Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'DataVaultException', reason: 'Does Not Exist'

The only workaround I found, was in SAP note 2401579 - Seeing error uncaught exception 'DataVaultException', reason: 'Does Not Exist', when using IOS 10 simulator to access a DataVault”. Therefore you unfortunately have to load the generated Xcode project into Xcode and then in the "Capabilities" section you have to activate "Keychain Sharing".

This is a pitty. Is there any way to tell my Hybrid App within the WebIDE to set this capability, before the local build is initiated? Otherwise I see massive problems to deploy the app later on.

2. But even after I have set the Keychain Sharing to "on" within Xcode, when I then start the iOS Simulator in Xcode the next problem occurs: The SCP Login Page appears, but the login fails again and again with the follwong error: " ERROR Registration failed with error: Error Domain=MAFLogonCoreErrorDomain Code=3 "Could not connect to the server."

I am on MacOS Sierra 10.12.5, use Xcode 8.3.2 and have installed HAT Connector 1.28.4

Any ideas for one or even both problems?

Thanks in advance.
