OSS note how to open it

i want to open a OSS note for some analysis and query can anyone tell me the process how to open it up?

Hi,

go to transaction SNOTE and check

You can check the status of the OSS note in transaction SNOTE. Note Broswer button, enter OSS note number and execute.

You got info if the OSS note can be implemented, or it's already implemented.

Hi,

Goto transation SNOTE.

In the menu --> Goto --> Download SAP Note. Give the SAP Note number and press execute.

It will download the Note in System in the New tab.

Goto SNOTE transaction,

Menu GOTO-> SAP Note download. then the note will be downloaded into the system

Refresh and Find for Ur note , then click on the note , it will take U to the whole explanation.

Other wise goto the site https://websmp101.sap-ag.de and click search note, if U have the Id created for this.

Hi,

check tcode SNOTE ,where u can download /implement OSS Notes Based on the Support package Level.

Open transaction Snote.

Select Menu bar "Go To ===> Download SAP note". It will ask for note number now. Give the SAP note you want to download and attach it with a Change request and save. The notte you can see in SNOTE transaction as under NEW category. Now select the note and choose from Menu bar "SAP Note===> Implement SAP Note" and the note will be applied and come under category "In Processing". Now you can move the CTS to production. And finally change the status of note to completed. hope this cud be of some help.

actually i think i didnt made myself clear

the problem is that i want to create a nes oss note as some enhancement is ther and some anlysed is needed from sap to answer on some program

so want to open a oss note for sap to answer thats my aim

Hi,

If youn know the OSS note number Use the T-code SNOTE.

Then press CTRL+F9 .Give your oss note number press F8 then one row will be displyed double click on that one u can see the documetation for that note.
