Service PR's limits not flowing to PO when Service Activity is added to service tab

Hi Experts,

I know limits are used for unplanned services but when we update limits (upper and lower limits) in PR along with the service activity/master in services tab and when we convert the PR to PO, the limits information is not flowing to PO. but allows us to manually edit the PO and save it. Can you please let me know if this is the standard functionality. I tried searching all the threads but could not find a solution
