modify ESS Self-Service Applications

Hi Experts,

Self Service Administrator role is added to my portal roles. I am not able to see any FPM applications in the "Self Service Administrator>Page - Application Designer Framework" in Portal. I also verified in "Content Provided by SAP>End User Content", but I do not see any FPM applications. All the folders under "Employee Self Service" have no applicaitons.
