Issue in Call List - Message "No Contact Found" / "1 Contact Found" comes when selecting a Call.

Hello Experts,

I am facing an issue related to Call List.

I confirm a Call List and click on Display Calls. Then on selecting any Call i am getting messages like "No Contact Found" / "1 Contact Found". This restricts navigation to the related Transaction of the BP.

I have checked that proper marketing permissions are there for the BP. Also the 'Contact Method' is maintained. Also Phone/Mobile number is maintained.

I am unable to find out the root cause for this message and how to avoid it.
