At present a lot of the roles we have set up include both the transactions available to each role and also the company code for which they can be applied.
For instance the role for an Accounts Payable Junior for NBK may include parking an invoice for companies 2000-3300 while an Accounts Payable Junior for Holding Company will include parking an invoice for only company 1000.

What I want you to look at is the separation of the company code so, in this example, we would create a role of Accounts Payable Junior (not company specific) and then another role which would apply the relevant company.
This would mean that we could amend roles much more easily and also add companies.
To do this I would guess you would need to look at roles already created and amend them (or if it is better they could be created from scratch and then we could replace the old with new) and also a list of company codes.
