Sales order is not displayed in MD04 it was displayed till yesterday

Hello Gurus,

My question is my client was able to see the sales order till 3-4 days back. But now he is not able to see the order.

I checked that the sales order is not delivered.

All other parameters are all ok.

For the same material another SO can be seen but the SO which was visible before 3-4 days back is not visible.

Availability check is

S2: SD/ZH ATP w/o RLT

Kindly help me in this

If you are sure that the order is not completed and the ATP settings are in place, check whether Reason for Rejection is assigned.

check if you are able to see in open sales orders VA05
