Hi Friends, Recently our secondary system was not available for some time due to network and power issue once the network is restored the system was re synchronize and all the services are active and in sync. When I go to Option volumes in HANA studio and open service index server and xsengine and select LOG then I see lot of log and its stat is FREE. I understood that when re synchronization has completed Retained Free log segments on the primary will be marked as Free. How can I delete these logs on primary server where stat is free to retain the disk space please let me know the steps also do I have to stop database or need any downtime for this? Kindly give your expert advice..
