How to create a service request from template, directly in navigation bar in Solution Manager?

Hi friends & colleagues,

For my customer, we have serveral service request templates for the end-users ( password reset, developper key, ... )

The only way for now for them to use is, is that they click on "service request" on the navigation bar, and then on the page of the new SR, they click on "create from template". After which they need to cancel the current SR creation, before being able to create from template list.

I want them to be able to click on a button in the nav bar, so that they immediatly get a pop-up of all the SR templates in the system...

Any help here? I've been able to get "create service request template" in the nav bar, but not "create service request FROM template" ...

Interesting question! I am wondering the same. Does anyone on the community has any ideas on this? Would it be possible with customizing, or does this need to be developed?
