Want to cancel multiple IDOC for WPUUMS.

Hi All

In our current scenario we have to post the POS sales in our SAP system on daily basis on aggregated basis. by using IDOC WPUUMS. Due to some issue we have to cancel the IDOC which have been processed from 1st July 17 to till date in system. Currently we cancel the IDOC from wper 1 by1 and there after we process it and after cancellation and processing IDOC status gets change to "6" .Kindly suggest a way to cancel multiple IDOC for all dates in 1 shot.

Hi Bhagwan,

I cannot suggest you such a mass transaction, especially considering the following fact:

In case of any follow-on document is already posted, it is not advised to cancel these documents from WPER.

Serious inconsistencies might occur.

For cancelling use the application specific transactions always, eg. MBST, VF11, etc.

If you do not have any follow-on document to be cancelled, and want ONLY change the status of the IDoc, you could check the information shared here:
