0HR_PA_0 gender and age data not getting populated in BW

Hi Gurus,

I am trying to load data to Head count and personal actions 0HR_PA_0 cube, data getting extracted to BW. In my update rules for 0Gender and 0age values populated based on routine. Its dtad routine. we haven't changed anything there.

Why these fields are not getting populated?

Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.

These routines get data from 0PERSON and 0EMPLOYEE master data, check if that values are being loaded into those master data

Hi Oscar,

Yes, They are all loaded. i can see the Gender and age values in 0person. But not in my cube data.

In transformation the rotuine is usine CALMONTH and Pernr, I haven't assigned any Info objects to these source system field. Do i need to assigne infoobjects such as 0person to populate this data.

These routines get the value from master data already commented for time interval. In release 3.5 i had to do a little modification in standard routine for getting those values (due to way of look for data into correspondin time inteval), i though it was already fixed...

Hi Reddy,

Delete all transactional data for HR.

Sequence of the data load should be as following .

1. load 0person

2. load 0employee

3. activation 0f data for 0person and 0employee.

3. load transactional data.

And your issue will be resolved.

We are suing BI7.0 transformations we still have this problem. Did you remeber what change i need to make to extract the gender and age values. Thanks

No, still the data for gender and age is missing where as in 0gender master data i can see the values. Why the same values are not getting populated in cube?

Hi Reddy,

If you see update rules for the same , you would notice that around 90% information comes from 0employee master data , at the time of loading . It means that 0employee master data has to be loaded and activated sucessfully in order to get the values .

Follow the sequnce.

Sequence of the data load should be as following .

0. Delete data from cube.
1. load 0person
2. load 0employee
3. activation 0f data for 0person and 0employee. ( how to activate right click on 0person , 0employee  and click on activate master data 
3. load transactional data .

And your issue will be resolved.
