Create campaign in yMKT using target group with SAP CRM data

We created a target group using SAP CRM data, but when I create a campaign, I cannot select the target group with SAP CRM data.

We need to create a campaign Call Center type with SAP CRM Business partner, is it possible?

well, it's a longer story... From your context I understood you are working in an OnPrem Hybris marketing system and replicated CRM BPs via SLT? in the the Hybris Marketing HANA DB. Correct?

In this case you'd have the BPs stored in HANA tables according to the CRM data model (ie. BUT000 etc.). With older yMKT Releases and respective CRM Integration Scenarios TGs + Campaigns were built directly based on these tables using the BPs as Segmentation Object (with primary Key BUPA ID or CUSTNO in case of ERP data).

In the meantime the recommended approach is to work with the interaction contact based data model. What does this mean in case of a CRM integration scenario?

According to the operations guide (page 33) a extraction report CUAN_IC_MASTERDATA_EXTR_DELT has to be scheduled. This report reads CRM BUT000 and creates CUAND_CE_IC_ROOT Interaction Contacts from CRM BPs. Now based on these ICs you can create a TG and feed the campaign.

Yes, I used SLT for replicated SAP CRM table to Hybris Marketing HANA DB.

I can create a target group in Hybris Marketing using HANA Attribute view, but I cannot used this target group in Hybris Marketing campaign (The target group is not available when I am going to create a campaign).

I can to replicate the hybris marketing target group to SAP CRM and use it in SAP CRM Campaign. But I need to use it in Hybris Marketing campaign.

We are using Hybris Marketing 1511.

If I understand you, I will need to run the report CUAN_IC_MASTERDATA_EXTR_FULL and schedule the report CUAN_IC_MASTERDATA_EXTR_DELT for transfering BPs from BUT000 to CUAND_CE_IC_ROOT (Hybris Marketing table)?

Hi Fernando,

well - let's answer me from the other side. Hybris marketing exected campaigns require target groups that contain members of typ Interaction Contact. Stored in table CUAND_CE_IC_ROOT. Are your CRM contacts showing up in this table? If not, yes you'd have to run mentioned report to create. Next step is to make sure you use a segmentation model with the Interaction Contact segmentation object.

The CRM Business Partners are not in the CUAND_CE_IC_ROOT table. When I try to execute the report CUAN_IC_MASTERDATA_EXTR_FULL and CUAN_IC_MASTERDATA_EXTR_DELT, the system shows a message “SAP CRM not active; no extraction possible”.

I checked the CUANC_CLNTMAP table and it has no the CRM Client.

How can we maintained this entry?
