training database localisation and impact on upgrading

Dear Experts/Gurus,

I have a problem to define or to find out what localisation used in training database and what are the impact if I upgrade it because when I open it using choose from company, the version is 680119 meanwhile the other database 680319.

I appreciate your answer. TIA
