Hi there,
We are currently experiencing some process challenges between our planning and invoicing teams because of charge calculation issues on FWOs and FOs. We are now planning on enhancing the processes and worklist queries of our teams, by making some charges "mandatory" on the TCCSs and using the "Charge Calculation Status" in the queries (flag FWOs with calculation errors).
The FO side will not be an issue to enhance, however, the FWO side poses a challenge.
We currently have a batch job running that creates Forwarding Settlement Documents automatically for FWOs. The selection profile that is currently used for this batch job to work uses Selection Values and condition-based filtering. We would like to add a new or update one of the two current conditions with the charge calculation status field. We don't want to create settlement documents for FWOs that have a calculation error.
The two current conditions have a condition type of "/SCMTMS/TRQ_GENERIC". We found the data access definition of the charge calculation status field here:
The issue we are running into is that "/SCMTMS/TCC_TRNSP_CHRG" is not compatible with the condition type "/SCMTMS/TRQ_GENERIC".
Question: What condition type do we need to use to leverage the data access definition of the charge calculation field?
Is there a different way to go about this?
Thank you in advance for the information.
Regards,
Adrian
PS: We currently have TM 9.2 and are upgrading it to 9.4.
Hi Adrain,
You can use the condition type: /SCMTMS/TRQ_GENERIC only in Additional selection profile attributes -> condition based filtering.
Please use the Data crawler to navigate from TRQ (Root) to TRANSPORTCHARGES(Root) and specify the same in the created Condition.
Hope it helps.
Best Regards
Nitesh

Hi Adrain,
Rather maintaining the Data access definition, please create a data crawler to achieve the above problem.
You can access the path.
SPRO -> Transportation Management ->condition -> Define Data-Crawler Profile
Once you have created the data crawler assign the same directly in the condition.
