Marketting Open Channel Implementation - urgent

currently i'm working for marketting project and i want to implement the open channel for campaign execution.

could anyone of you have ever impelement the open channel ?

could you please tell me steps that i need to do in order to implement it ?

Hello Eddhie,

please try to avoid "urgent" if it really is you can order SAP Remote Consulting. Have you tried a search in the CRM Forum here for "Open AND Channel"?
