error failed to open the connection

I have a an application made by visual studio 2013 with crystal report and I have the windows server 2012 which has the database sql server 2014 , the crystal report is working on all devices windows 8 and windows 7 and windows 10 pro

except on one device with windows 10 home edition it always give me this error

could you please help

    Use ProcessMonitor and look for Access Denied errors or dependencies etc. when he runs the app.
