We are using CRM 5.0. In the ICWC, when we create a ST and allocate a category, the system automatically updates the business partner section.
However when a change is made to one of this category, the system doesn't update the business partner section to relect change in category.
Indeed, if the system has already carried out partner determination, and the user deletes or changes a partner, the system does not carry out partner determination again, even if the user has not yet saved the transaction.
Is there a way to change this standard behavior and to trigger a new partner determination after changing a category (or a specific field)?
