How to solve "Reply-to e-mail address xxxxxxxx is not verified" in Hybris Marketing

We use Hybris Marketing (on premise) on AWS.
I have created a Sender Profile with my e-mail address. When I try to use this Sender Profile in an e-mail I create in Content Studio, I get an error message, when I run the Check function and cannot release the e-mail.

This e-mail address is verified in AWS and also part of SAP transaction ME_WHITELIST.
Sending a test e-mail in AWS as well as yMKT works fine with the same e-mail address.

We have a different sender profile (e-mail address of a colleague) with the same settings in Hybris Marketing and this one gives us no problems when it is selected as a Sender Profile in e-mails. However, I cannot see any difference between those.

Any ideas where else to look and what to troubleshoot for would be appreciated.

Hi Dominik,

can you pls. check if note "2440462 - Incorrect need for a verification of Reply-To Adresses at Amazon SES"

is applicable to your system?
