The change pointer is not active for the mail Address also the mail address is not populated in the standard IDOC type.
Functionals have extended the IDOC type with a new segment, which would not populated automatically when the change pointer is activated.
we need to manage the change to the Outbound process code to have this segment populated with the mail ID is to be sent with change documents.
Please suggest some idea in detail to do it.
