dynamic target group not automatically updating contacts

Hi - I have a dynamic target group for all US contacts (with only 1 filter which is country=USA). I added a new US contact in Contact application, however, this contact is not automatically placed into the released dynamic US target group. Then I changed a contact's country from USA to Canada, but this contact is still in the US target group after the change. The dynamic target group is not dynamic.

Does anyone else have this issue? FYI I'm using 1705 Cloud.

    Hi - the new contact is placed into the dynamic target group... but after 5 hours. So are dynamic target groups supposed to be at real time?

    Dynamic TG donot refresh automatically when you change the Contact/Member data in system but Dynamic target group are automatically refreshed when you Execute a campaign or export a target group and this detail can be traced in "Snapshot Analysis". To trigger manually refresh just click SNAPSHOT button available in MEMBERS facet in TG.
