The following error is occurring and making different connection tests to the s1-eu.ariba.com site shows that it must be connected through the TLS protocol. On the SAP server (Windows Server 2012) the regedit is configured in the protocol. Should you do something else for the configuration?

s1-eu.ariba.com supports TLS 1.1 version , can you check with your basis team if the library installed in your system supports this version , If not you need to get the SSL/TLS version upgraded.
