Hi Feroz,

for sure it's possible to dowload BP from ECC to CRM. Theprocedure is the same used for any master data exchange. Firstly you have to map some data i.e. R3 account group with CRM grouping and classification and then you can download the master data itself useing adapter object customer_main/rel.

If u give me your e mail address i can send u detailed doc.

Hi.

anybody know what is the OSS switching the middleware connection.

I have the next problem:

During the configuration for the replication of data between ERP systems and CRM,

the relation that exists is ERP 200 client with CRM 200 client,

It is necessary to switching the middleware connection to 300 client,

We need to interchange data between ERP and CRM with the 300 clients.

Hi,

I think u r working on Real Estate Module,

Try this out by using Bupa_Main for downloading the BP from ECC to CRM.

Let me know if u r getting it or not?

Hi Feroz,

There are two types of Customer Master Date in R/3:

a) the “traditional” customer date stored in the tables KNA1, KNVV etc. in R/3

b) the “new” BP customer data in ECC, stored in the tables BUT000 etc. in R/3. This is also used in some industry solutions such as IS-M.

If I understand correctly, you want to load the second type that is stored in tables BUT00 etc.

For the variety a), you need to use the object CUSTOMER_MAIN for the load from R/3 to CRM.

For the variety b), you need to use the object BUPA_MAIN for the load R/3 to CRM.

I have not seen any detailed documentation on the second variety yet, but the “Best Practice: mySAP CRM Initial Download Configuration Guide” (you can find it in the service Marketplace) at least briefly describes when to use which object.

Best regards,

Lorna

Hi Feroz,

1. Maintain the PIDE settings in R/3 (tcode: PIDE)

For R/3->CRM,

Make an entry for which account groups customers you wish to transfer.

What classification they should take in CRM and the grouping (number range)

2. Make sure that all the customer master related customizing objects have been

downloaded.

3. In tcode:R3AS use object CUSTOMER_MAIN to get all the customers.

And then CUSTOMER_REL to get all the realtionships.

4. After performing the initial load later on all the delta load will happen

automatically.

Hello Shalini Chauhan ,

For a ECC BP to act as Customer he should have 3 roles: General/FLCU00/FLCU01. The role FLCU00 has 'Sales and Distribution' details. For some reason the sales org field is not disabled. It shows all the Sales org in the F4 but will not allow to choose from those. Can u help it out in this

Thanks,

Feroz.

Hi Feroz,

Can you just elucidate that further. Where the F4 is showing you all the orgs ..In CRM or R/3.

And the three roles you are talking about are they about maintaining General data/Company code data/ sales and distribution data in R/3 ?

Hello Shalini Chauhan,

I am into BPs in ECC 6.0. I created a BP in General/FLCU00/FLCU01 roles. Under FLCU01 under 'Sales And Distribution' the sales org. text box is disabled even if i am in change mode. I can see all my sales area in F4 but i am not able to select them. Am i missing any setting to enable this field? Also can we replicate the ECC BPs to CRM BPs?

Thanks,

Feroz.
