No return order created through quality notification

Hello,

I've customize all needed fro returns order through notification:

In "Define Follow-Up Actions for Tasks":

ADV_RET, task for notification --> Function module: QM06_ADV_RETURNS_CREATE_FA with both checkboxes active

In "Define Functions for the Action Box":

QM06_ADV_RETURNS_CREATE

But still no return order is created, although I enter all parameters in the dialog box that comes up when I click the action box.

Someone has a clue why?

    No idea really. Seems to me you'll need to walk through it with a developer in debug,
