BW statistics - query last start

Hello everybody,

I need your help please!

I'd like to have a list of all queries we have, with their last run date, so I can see which queries were not use in the last 3 month for instance, but not using the Technical Content. (BW3.5) For this purpose I can list all entries in the table RSDDSTAT, which contains all I need.

The problem: the query ID in the table is like "5SURAN3E4IOJ53YXIHR2EEQGM" so I need the correlation between this ID and the technical name of the query.

For example: Z_JMT_KAW_AB_AUSL -> 5SURAN3E4IOJ53YXIHR2EEQGM.

Do you have any idea?

welcome to SDN ...

you can try table RSRREPDIR, use field COMPUID (or GENUNIID), OBJVERS = A (active)

and get COMPID is query technical name.

see also if you can use table RSZCOMPDIR,

field COMPID is query technical name and LASTUSED is query last used.

Why not the technical content? Do you (they) want to make an easy thing difficult? Note that technical content is a SAP supported solution while your custom extractor is not.

thanks for your "blitz" answer. That's it! Good start for me!

TCT status is not current on our system. Of course I'm going to use TCT, but I was under time presure, so I choosed the "guru" method: looking in the tables containing the data which loaded in TCT.
