RSA3 in SRM pulls zero records for 0BBP_PUR_GROUP_ATTR

When I am trying to pull data in RSA 3 for the below datasources

0BBP_PUR_GROUP_ATTR

0BBP_PURCH_ORG_ATTR

0BBP_BUYID_ATTR

It does not return any records, is there a way to check why is it not pulling any data.

Possible reasons can be

Authorization - How do I check if it is authorization table

No data in tables - I did check couple of tables in SRM like HRP5500 and it does contain records

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Vivek,

0BBP_BUYID_ATTR gets the data from BUT020,ADRC,GEOLOC tables check the tables.Try to schedule the info pack as the background user will have the authorizations than ur user id.Even after scheduling the info pack no records,try to analyze the extractor logic.

Vivek,

0BBP_PUR_GROUP_ATTR and 0BBP_PURCH_ORG_ATTR extractors are both determined via FM. So it can be autorization.

FM's:

HR_BCI_FIND_BBP_PURCH_GRPS_BEI

HR_BCI_FIND_BBP_PURCH_ORGS

BBP_READ_ATTRIBUTES

0BBP_BUYID_ATTR has the following message: "Only the address data of business partners who are defined as buyers in Enterprise Buyer is extracted"
