asset accounting

hi,

we are uploaded asset masterdata and take over values through AS91 tcode,now we want to upload fixed asset gl accounts and accumulated depriciation gl accouts what is the tcode for this.is it possible to do in OASV tcode.Which date we have to post 31.03.2007 or 01.04.2007 our fiscal year is Aprial to March.and also we made parameters for data transfer in date specification we have given 31.03.2007.please give what are the main steps i have to take care while doing asset upload.
