Problem with processing speed of SAP XI

Hi,

when I work with XI about 1/2 hour the processing speed is ok, but after 1/2 hour the processing speed will be to slow that somethimes I must wait about 2 minutes for the login procedure or 3 minutes to open a message mapping.

Can anybody help me please??
