Hi all,
we have 3 clients in Development and 3 clients in QA. I created business roles and assigned single roles to it. When creating Access request, i can select only the option of Development, QA or Prod but i want to request the access for specific client in Development environment. Please let me know if i need to create different business roles as per each client or is there any way that i can select the specific client other than provisioning environment.
Thanks,
Sri,
Hello Sri,
Different Business Roles have to be created accordingly. We cannot restrict provisioning of associated roles within same Business role on case to case basis.
Kind regards,

Thanks Yashasvi,
So if i have client 200, 300, 500, i have to create separate business roles for each client in Development to provision roles to that specific client?
Example:
Client 200: Business Role1_200 (single role1, single role2 mapped)
Client 300: Business Role1_300 (single role1, single role2 mapped)
Client 500: Business Role1_500 (single role1, single role2 mapped)
Thanks,
Sri
Sri,
The Purpose of the Business Role is to assign multiple technical roles across multiple clients.(replacing traditional composite role)
Ex: BR: BASIS needs to be assigned across all clients, but if you want assign one technical role to one client then its better to use the TR assignment, if not as Yashasvi mentioned you need to create multiple BR's for multiple clients.
Thanks
Ramesh
