Profit Center substitution ( OBBH ) not working for Material issue against Production Order

Hi all,

We are currently using classic GL (no document splitting), would like to substitute profit center which is triggering from material master for material issues against production order movement type 261(for few plants). I have written below substitution in OBBH but still PCA is getting triggered from material master not from OBBH. Any suggestion?

Pre-requisite:

( BKPF-BUKRS = 'C510' ) AND ( BSEG-HKONT IN ACCOUNT )

AND BSEG-WERKS = '5119'

Substitution:

Profit Center Constant value =XXXXXX
