SAP CRM SSF FI Service Request ceration


Hello together,

We are currently facing a problem while creating a service request in SSF FI (PDX).

When you create the service request, via the entry channel FIORI Launchpad (PXG), you are able to see the company code for which the SR has been created.

After submitting the Service Request and checking after the SR No. you are not able to see the CC for which the SR has been created.

Any idea where the problem is?
