SAP System - S/4 HANA
I have a scenario where HR creates Absence quota for all the employees, but now i need to restrict Quota creation on the basis of gender.
Miscarriage for Female only
Maternity for Female only
Paternity for Male only
for Maternity leave below are the validation.
1) Employee needs to complete 90 days in a organisation to avail this leaves
2) While applying leave, system must display the end date of maternity leave.
3) Maternity date needs to be divided with expected due date, 10 weeks before due date and 16 weeks after due date.
Please help me to configure this scenario.
