SAP System - S/4 HANA
I have a scenario where HR creates Absence quota for all the employees, but now i need to restrict Quota creation on the basis of gender.
Miscarriage for Female only
Maternity for Female only
Paternity for Male only
for Maternity leave below are the validation.
1) Employee needs to complete 90 days in a organisation to avail this leaves
2) While applying leave, system must display the end date of maternity leave.
3) Maternity date needs to be divided with expected due date, 10 weeks before due date and 16 weeks after due date.
Please help me to configure this scenario.

To me it is not clear if you are talking about generating quotas or controlling absences!
From the nature of the query I assume there is not standard country specific logic available for dealing with these types of "Family events" and you are trying to implement some type of company specific logic?
For controlling quota generation by gender (Assuming you are not going to have gender specific employee groups / sub groups) I would utilise enhancement HRPTIM03 - EXIT_SAPLHRLV_001. This will allow you have generic quota generation rules. Then with the user exit you can check the gender of the employee and decide the applicability of the rule. Additionally you can also apply your various "Family event" related date logic in the same exit.
