How to merge 2 user ids of single user? (SF-RCM/ONB)

Hi,

Is there any possibility to merge 2 user id numbers of single user. Issue is when recruiter "initiate onboarding" of candidate, it generate SF id through which candidate login to SF and complete paperwork. After this step (pre boarding) recruiter has to do auto hiring in SAP where recruiter generate SAP Number for that new joinee. Now this new joinee's both ids are visible in system (Admin Centre> Manage User). How can I merge (or disable 1 id)both ids so that single user will exist in system with one id.

you can use pre day 1 hiring in provisioning also to get this working so only one id is assigned
