tracking script fields to do a search in webclient

Hi,

how do i track all the selections, of an interactive script, an agent has made during a call with customer?

i need to do a search based on what the agent has selected to give alternate solutions apart from the solution given by script...

using webclient (CRM 5.0)

Hi,

While defining a script Profile, choose the History option as Record script data in BW. This will keep a record of what was answered.

i dont have much knowledge on BW,

but if i select that option while defining script profile, would i be able to pull the stored script data from BW into webclient and do a search on the same with out any performance delay?? because this is something done very often by agents and not once in a while...

also can you share some info regarding how to pull that stored info from BW into webclient for doing the solution search?

HI,

am also having a similar issue with scripts in webclient,

we r using CRM 4.0 , webclient,

i uploaded, scripts from one client another client, and attacted it to right profile,

i am able to see all the script names in new client ,but if i try to execute it , itis not showing any thing,

but same scripts i can execute it in intial client,

while i am uploading , i check the language field English,and date is also valid ,

what must be the reason ,

full point will be awarded
