Customer inquiry creation through IDOC for AFS

Hi,

Could any of you help me to know the standard function module for creating customer inquiry through IDOC for AFS?

I am not able to use IDOC_INPUT_REQOTE because it supports only the IDOC type ORDERS05 and not /AFS/ORDERS05.

I looked at the OSS note 598608 and it doesn't list out a function module to create inquiry.

Please help.
