Weekly OT not giving correct values during end of the month

We have a scenario in Over Time.We use Positive Time Management and the Overtime is captured in 2005 Infotype

If the Employee work for 48 hours in a Week. The Employee will get the whole OT hours in 2005 as Double rate OT.

If the employee works less than 48 Hours in a week, he will get one hour less in every day OT. For example; if employee have 4 entries of OT in 2005 for 4 hrs each. The Double OT will be 3 hrs per entry = 12 hrs and Single rate OT will be 1Hr per Entry = 4 Hrs. PCR ZO02 split the time everyday and keep in two time types (Monthly).

Time types used

  • 1.9402 - Monthly - Daily working Hours
  • 2.9407 - Yearly Time Type - Weekly working hours
  • 3.9404 - Monthly - Single OT Hours
  • 4.9405 - Monthly - Double OT Hours

One First day of next week the previous week total hours are counted and compared with 48 to find the Double OT and Single OT. In PCR ZW36 if the hours is more than 48 hours, 9404 is added to 9405.

This PCR’s doesn’t work correctly when the OT comes during the last week of the month. During the last week of the Month the weekly hours are calculated by next month only, The Monthly time types 9404 and 9405 becomes zero by beginning of the next month. the payment is made based on the splitted Single and Double OT, even if the employee work for more than 48 Hours.

If the OT is given after the Payroll, then also the OT is given in retro but the amount is splitted as Single and Double OT.

Hi, If the issue is only last week of the month why do not you run the same scenario, I mean control of working hours, during end of the period(month) in schema?
